OTHER ELIGIBILITY NOTES:

  • You must be a resident of Delaware to participate.  Your household includes anyone who lives and eats together- related or unrelated. 

  • In addition, your total assets must be less than $10,000 not including a primary residence and a car .  

  • Guidelines are for GROSS income before taxes (Adjusted Gross Income from IRS tax form 1040.) Child Support, etc. are not included in income eligibility determination.

  • The household must receive earned income (income from employment.)

  • You may keep your IDA account even if your income increases after you join.        

  • Note: If you are working and receive TANF, you automatically qualify for the program.
