Housing Pre-Development Revolving Loan Fund
The Housing Pre-Development Revolving Loan Fund is a specialty loan fund for experienced not-for-profit developers of affordable housing. Loans can be up to $60,000 at 0% interest for 12 months. The Housing Pre-Development Loan may be combined with other FSCLF loan programs or be in participation with other loans.
